I had a very good experience with Elizabeth .I think she is a very smart lady!!!

Beth was helpful, knowledgable and proactive throughout the process of selling my condo. She was supportive of the approach I wanted to take but candid about the hurdles I would face. She closely followed other condo sales comparing and contrasting pros and cons to come up with the best approach for my place. She was very helpful in making some last minute improvements when I was out of town and needed someone on site. She added charming touches to the staging and helpful signs at key spots in the condo to describe how best to use the space. When a kitchen similar to my unusual kitchen was written up in the New York Times, she instantly made a copy of the photo and placed it in the kitchen, which soon led to an offer. I really appreciated her detailed reports on the agents and prospective buyers who viewed my condo. During the contract period I had to make several repairs and she arranged for the most complex of these repairs to be done and supervised the work as I was out of town. The appraisal was also not an open and shut process, and she provided valuable analysis to the appraiser that allowed it to come in at value. For all these reasons, I can highly recommend her.

Beth was wonderful. She is certified in working with seniors who have been in their houses for very long time. While I can tell she is very knowledgeable, she did not communicate a lot of the information in time. For example, we were a week late in getting the open house available. It would be helpful if she gave information either online or on paper as to good ways and companies that are helpful to downsize materials, good dates for putting the house on sale, an overall picture of what happens when you sell the house. It would have been helpful for Samson to hold a real estate 101 course for multiple families. Overall, Beth did an excellent in negotiating and helping us to make decisions and we are very pleased with our transactions. Thank you, Beth and Samson Realty.
